This aired in the US back in Nov, 2009. We finally get to see the classic 1980s TMNT team up with the 2003 TMNT gang plus the original black and white Eastman and Laird Mirage comics TMNT.
This one shot movie is excellent! I enjoyed it more than some of the DC Animated movies.
If you're a fan of the TMNT, you won't be disappointed (Mirage TMNT Leo's narrative is right out of the Graphic Novel!) Lots of laughs and lots of fun!
Too bad we might never get to watch it on DVD as 4Kids has let of the rights. Supposedly Nickolodeon has picked up the rights but no word yet on a DVD release. For now we'll have to stick with Youtube.
The uploader broke it down into 9 parts (the whole thing is about 90+ minutes), With some scenes missing in between parts 5 and 6 (the turtles fall into the trap and...?).
We also get cameos from the TMNT movies, the Archie Comics TMNT, the JimLee TMNT and various other TMNT from the past years. From what I understand, this is meant to be the series wrap up for the 2003 TMNT (after Seasons 1-5, Fast Forward and Back to the Sewers).
