Meet Billy, the creepiest puppet since, well… ever. Billy’s been terrifying audiences since his debut in the modern horror classic, Saw. With the blockbuster release of Saw III and the announcement of Saw IV coming in 2007, the folks at NECA thought it was time to give this guy his due with his own Billy the Puppet Extreme Head Knocker. Billy is featured on his trademark tricycle and is bound to serve up more terror in your home.
