More details on the complete series boxset:
http://www.gijoecollectorsset.com/
All 95 episodes (I don't think the DIC series is in here) for $145 across 17 DVDs.
click on the refresh button to replay the animation for the boxset and how it's packaged. I'm not sure if this is available for international shipping.

Here's the list of Joe Q and A from Hasbro.
http://toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=9&itemid=15.....314
Just click on the invidual site links to read the answers, but the gist of it is,
-the POC line won't be coming out till Fall 2010 (isn't that like.. around Sept-Oct -ish?)
-No new "Then and Now" sets.
-No releases for Alpine, Low Light, Sci-fi, Iceberg, Airtight Lifeline (Booo!!).
-No Pit-sized playsets
-No other items for Resolute except for the upcoming 7packs (I think I remember reading Zartan, Duke and Firefly are part of the 7pack?)
-Mighty Muggs cancelled
-No word yet on a second Breaker figure
-No exact date yet for Operation HISS (the new 26- episode/Webisode Joe toon) launch.
Well.. I don't know, the whole Q and A played more like we get an idea of what we shouldn't be expecting rather than get excited for things to look forward too.

For those who are interested, the ARAH DVD boxset is on sale on amazon.com now. 48% off! From $180, now at $94.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002KJ7OE4/ref=s9.....rd_i=typ01
Amazon ships to the Philippines, just be mindful of the tax fees when it arrives if you plan to order. It'll be cheaper if you know anyone in the US (free Amazon Shipping in the US) and have it sent there and reshipped without the declared amount instead of directly from Amazon.
Also note the boxset is VERY heavy. 2 Kilos maybe?

Heeeeere's Sarge!
http://www.hisstank.com/gi-joe-news/conventions-9/.....page2.html
Ok, definitely not the Sarge we all want him to be, the body sculpt is really, really terrible.
Supposedly the set up is that the regular is the USA one with the Swagger stick, while the one with the Guns (Triple T Tank version) will be the variant (just like Gold pimp Daddy Destro and "logo" blue suit Cobra Commander). So if you're gunning for the one with the guns, be ready to roll out at least 4000 PhP when it gets here (the blue suit CC was really rare when it popped up at local toycons).
The good news is that supposedly you can order the figure from Hasbro Toystore Website, like previous SDCC exclusives. But they only ship to the States.
Here's the custom Sarge from Hasbro's display a few months back, using the Roadblock/Copperhead body.
Sigh...

Hmm.. I didn't realize Operation HISS had already started airing. It's already on Episode 2. For the unfamiliar, Operation HISS is a sequel of sorts to the Rise of Cobra Movie, done in CG.
http://www.hasbro.com/monkeybartv/default.cfm?page.....p;aid=4258
So we get(based off the character casting) Recondo, Agent Helix, Snowjob and Kamakura in the lineup (no Breaker??)
Man are the episodes ridiculously short! The opening and closing credits take up more than half the video. The actual episode runs about 1 minute 30 seconds
The whole theme of the series is about introducing the new "HISS Tank".
The strange part is, we don't get explanations about how Destro and Cobra Commander and got loose, why Baroness is evil again. Sigh..

New Joe items for 2011 revealed.
http://toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=9&itemid=15.....815
Yay for Low Light ala 25th Anniv styled and the new Cobra Shock Trooper. Boo on zero new vehicle lineup (I was really hoping for more 25th Anniv vehicle reissues).
Not sure how I feel about Quick Kick (now sporting a Gi) and Alpine (blue outfit?)
