I had no idea that you had to open the legs first to detach. I are my problems with godmars. One of my arms to the Godmars will not stay on. Like you said the connection is plastic. My uranus keeps falling out of socket. The other arm does not do that. WARNING!!! The elbows on all the figures (except gaia&shinx) feel like they will break soon.
