First they released a teaser close-up photo of the Joker sans clown make-up. Then they selected a random number of lucky recipients and gave out a forensic evidence kit containing a swatch of clothing material (presumably from the actual fabric to be used for the police uniform). And now Hot Toys unveils a clearer photo of the Joker in Gotham City Police Department uniform.

It looks like the Joker from the scene in the movie where he reveals a string of live grenades inside his purple coat.

So, is Hot Toys giving us a 2-in-1 set with another Joker?
