I read Noli’s article in a kid’s magazine years ago. last week, i saw the magazine again and read it. I decided to search his name on the net to ask him for some advice regarding to sculpting. I’m an aspiring artist too and his works are amazing, a piece of SUCCESS.

I wanna be like him when I grow up. :D There’s a weeee bit of similarity with the two of us–we both grew in our hobbies when we were kids. He’s a sculptor and I’m a folder (origami). He used to play with clay and now sculpts really remarkable action figures. I used to fold 4-step swans and now i fold 274-step dragons. Kinda cool if yew ask me. XD

Sir Noli Coronado. I am James 22 years old from Malabon city Philippines.. I am interested in the school that you are planning to put-up.I wish you could start the whole school right away. I’ve been sculpting clay since I was 6 years old and I am fully well aware and used to such medium. I wish to be an apprentice of yours. right now I can sculpt figures only from clay, make toys from recycled materials,and customize toys /figures for myself, and for my little cousins who also shares my enthusiasm and passion for this art.I hopethat you could teach us right away.

Binanggit mo sa interview na gusto mong magturo ng maliit na school para makapagturo ka ng “toy sculpture making”. Nisip mo na ba kung papaano mo ito sisimulan at kung magkano ang kailangan mong puhunan kung itutuloy mo ang plano? 70 years old na ako at retired na 10 years ago. Dati akong operator ng printing machine. Mahilig ako sa ano mang klaseng “art”, painting, craft and sculpting. Hindi ako mayaman pero may konting naipon. Parang gusto kong bumalik diyan sa Pilipinas at magtayo ng maliit na negosyo. Baka sakali ay magkatugma ang plano mo at plano ko. May school na ba diyan tungkol sa “toy sculpture”? mr.noli coronado, i saw you from your interview last march 13 from bandila and you and your creations are very awesome! ^-^

you did even mentioned sir that you were looking for some interested students in toy sculpting,and i do so interested in what you told before.so how can i contact you sir so i could even be part of your toy sculpting activity?hope you could reply to me sir…sayonara!(^-<)
