Hot Toys sends us the first images of The Warlords 1/6th scale collectible action figures. These are the first ever Movie Masterpiece Series (MMS) figures to be produced in collaboration with How2work Production House.

This series features 2 characters based on the mvoie The Warlords – Zhao Er-Hu and Jiang Wu-Yang (Normal version and Special versions). Expect to see the super fine head-sculpture and highly detailed costume Hot Toys has been famous for.

All costumes, weapons and accessories are patterned after authentic Qing Dynasty references. These figures will definitely be highly sought after by both the casual 1/6 scale collector as well as the fans of Andy Lau and Takeshi Kaneshiro. These are now open for preorder and will be released in January 2008.

ZHAO ER-HU stands approximately 30 cm tall, with over 22 point of articulation and features an authentic ANDY LAU likeness. He is donned in Qing Dynasty civilian costume and equipped with ancient sword, scabbard, belt, bugles and purse as accessories.

JIANG WU-YANG (normal version) stands approximately 30 cm tall, with over 22 point of articulation and an authentic TAKESHI KANESHIRO likeness. He wears a Qing Dynasty civilian costume and comes with ancient sword, scabbard, belt and purse as accessories.

JIANG WU-YANG (special version) stands approximately 30 cm tall, with over 22 point of articulation and the same authentic TAKESHI KANESHIRO likeness as the normal version. The special version dons a Qing Dynasty trooper armor and costume with ancient knives and sheaths as accessories.
